Are there delays in delivery due to COVID-19?

We do not have any delays on delivery as we are using a private courier for all shipping.  We can guarantee 5-10 days delivery at your doorstep.

Can I return the sandals after delivery?

We hope you are happy with your order. If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The sandals for kids and personalized orders are exempt from being returned. 

Which is the process for return/ exchange?

Please send us an email to inform us for your desire to return or exchange an item (contact@myodyssey.ch).  Place the item in a courier or La Post, with your own charge, to be send at below address (Odyssey, Avenue de France 98, 1004, Lausanne). 

Return: Once your item is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange:  Once your item is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. Will then post you your new item.
